5. Delivery of the order

Although in general products without stock cannot be purchased, errors could eventually occur. The seller is committed and constantly takes measures to avoid errors regarding the availability of products. In any case, all product orders are subject to their availability and stock. In the event that the product requested by the customer is not available, the Seller will contact the customer by email to propose the purchase of a new product, or establish a new shipping date in which the Seller assumes that will have the product, or for the reimbursement of the money that had been paid, in the event that the client had no interest in any other substitute product or new delivery date.

The Seller may not process the purchase orders if it does not have sufficient guarantees of solvency, if they are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, the Seller will inform by email that the contract has not been concluded and that the order has not been dispatched, specifying the reasons. In this case, the amount previously committed in the customer's means of payment will be deactivated.

If bank transfer or account deposit had been selected as the payment method, your order will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.

The delivery of the products purchased through the Seller's website can occur according to the modality, which the customer will have been able to choose at the time of placing the order.
